How do I submit a case to Hudson valley dental?

There are two ways to do this. You can fill in the ‘request supplies’ form on our website at our send a case page. Or, you can download the printable versions of the prescription that you submit with your order. Don’t forget, if you have a special request or require more information, you can call us at (845) 831 2216 or submit a form at the contact us page.

When do you open/close?

We are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Do you have a printed pricing schedule?

Since each case is different, discussing your specific needs with us is the quickest way to receive an accurate estimate. You can schedule an appointment with the team, email, or call us at (845) 831 2216 and we’ll be happy to discuss pricing.

What services do you offer?

At Hudson Valley Dental Lab, we offer a wide range of services including the planning, design and fabrication of dental prosthodontics, ceramics, implants and crown and bridge work. How do you accept payment?

We offer clients several methods. Prepayment, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, C.O.D or monthly billing can all be arranged.

Can I see samples of work you've produced before I commit?

Absolutely! We’d love to show you examples of our work. With this in mind, we’re offering a special package. Send us your first case. We’ll carry out the work and if you like the work, then you can continue to use us if you wish.

Does Hudson Valley Dental Lab have a product warranty for crowns, bridges and removable prosthetics?

If we produce a product that is thought to be defective because of poor manufacturing, we’ll replace it for free for up to 2 years from the initial contract. Any prosthesis must be inserted and/or adjusted by a licensed dentist and any defective model must be returned for a replacement credit.

What is your turnaround time? How many in-lab days can I expect for bridges, crowns and dentures?

Most in-lab work will take 5 days for bridges, crowns and dentures. There could be an additional 1-2 days for shipping. That said, some crowns like Ceron Lava and Procera may take longer (as many as 8 in-lab days). Base plates, wax rims and denture repairs typically take less time (as manu as 5 in-lab days). If you need a product quickly, we may be able to prioritize it for an additional fee.

When is my payment expected?

Hudson Valley Dental Lab expects all invoices to be paid in full by the 15th of the month in which the invoice is prepared. Remember, by signing a Hudson Valley Dental RX and/or sending cases to Hudson Valley Dental, you are agreeing to the above policies and terms. Late payments will incur a 2% finance fee.

Can I track my lab cases online?

Yes! Speak to us about creating a free client portal login where you can track all cases. You can also request pick-ups, and settle any invoices or statements on the client portal as well.
