  • ESP workflow for predictability: ROE’s Esthetic Simplified Predictable (ESP) technique—developed with Ivoclar—lets you verify fit early using processed Ivocap final bases at the bite registration visit, minimizing surprises later. Patients can experience the real fit 2–3 times before delivery.

  • Accuracy at every step: Casts are mounted with a Horizontal Average Plane Guide, occlusion is confirmed on the Stratos articulation system, and tissue models help refine border extensions.

  • Durable, refined bases: Ivocap® injection processing reduces porosity and processing errors for dense, stable bases. Lingualized occlusion is standard to support chewing efficiency and denture stability. Custom staining and gingival effects are available when indicated. 

Best-fit indications

  • Ideal for single or double arches, high-esthetic cases, implant conversions, and situations that benefit from mid-course adjustments based on patient feedback. Chairside or in-lab relines are supported as needed.

Records & workflow (at a glance)

  • Records accepted: Traditional or digital impressions; bite registration with baseplate/wax rim (add a reline wash inside the baseplate if needed).

  • Typical steps: Bite block → Wax try-in → Reset (if required) → Seat. Adjust borders and make minimal occlusal refinements as the prosthesis settles. Estimated ~5 patient visits with a reset case.

  • Base/teeth: Ivocap processed acrylic base with premium acrylic denture teeth.

  • Shade support: Broad VITA® range including A1–A4, B1–B3, C1–C4, D2–D3, plus bleached options BL2/BL3 for smile-zone customization.

  • Premium Traditional: Top esthetics and wear ratings; conventional denture teeth + Ivocap base.

  • Economy Traditional: Value-driven option with the same Ivocap base and conventional teeth, at a lower price point; excellent for everyday full-arch needs.
