With IMPACT digital dentures, the lab handles the CAD/CAM heavy lifting, so you can send conventional impressions and bite records and still get the benefits of a modern, digital process.     Typical cases are scheduled in     about two patient visits with ~3 days in lab (shipping not included). An optional printed try-in can be added when you want extra verification.

     If something needs changing, their “reverse reset” service lets you mark the denture, send photos, and have a corrected remake produced cost-effectively; designs are stored so future reprints are straightforward. 

Best-fit indications

  • Great for single or double arches, immediate/duplicate dentures, and implant conversions. Chairside or in-lab relines are supported depending on the case.

Two material tiers—one digital workflow

  • IMPACT Premium: Traditional carded teeth bonded to a printed, high-impact Lucitone® base—a step up for esthetics and wear.

  • IMPACT Economy: Printed teeth integrated with a printed, high-impact Lucitone base—efficient and budget-friendly.

Shades, records & warranty (at a glance)

  • Tooth shades: Broad VITA range including A–D families plus BL1/BL3.

  • Records accepted: Traditional impressions & bite with baseplate/wax rim, or fully digital records. 

  • Typical timeline: ~3 days in lab for the final (plan shipping separately).

  • Warranty: Up to 2 years against denture base fracture.

Simple workflow

  • Bite block → (Optional) printed try-in → Seat final denture → Adjust peripheries/occlusion as needed → Use reverse reset if a correction is desired.
